- Cindy Schneider Added July 13, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sacked this agent after a year because they failed to renew my tenant's lease on expiry -- simply let it lapse to month-to-month without consulting me. After changing agents I walked through my property and spoke to the tenant. The tenant thanked me profusely for changing property managers. She told me that Roberts had treated her badly. They never responded to her requests for repairs, and she was going to move out. That would have been a shame as she is a great tenant and keeps the place in spotless condition. No thanks to Roberts that she is still there. Luckily I sacked them in time.
