  We decided to take a drive with our son and daughter. Our son returned home from New York after three years and my husband daughter and myself wanted to go for a drive around the local area. We came across this lovely little gem
  Of a place. The pizzas were amazing. Interesting names and great flavour. It’s a funky little place. Do yourself a favour and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

  We always enjoy our meals here. It's a must when we are in Nambucca. Food was well presented and tasty. Service was excellent. Thanks for another fantastic night.

  What a delightful surprise Matilda's was. We booked late in the afternoon we arrived in Nambucca Heads but were luckily able to be squeezed in that night. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and although they were very busy, the staff were calm, friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was amazing! We had the mixed oysters which were to die for, we eat a fair few oysters and these were up there with the best we've ever had, if not THE best we've ever had. We also ordered the Zesty Prawn and Too Cheesy? pizzas and they too were the best ever pizzas we've eaten. And yes, we have a lot of pizzas too! All washed down with a refreshing and tasty carafe of Pimms. A thoroughly delicious and delightful evening and experience. Just wish you were closer to Sydney! PS Please put yourself on Trip Advisor so we can review there as well.

  I am not a fan of expensive restaurants selling pizza with fancy ingredients.
  $26 dollars per pizza and 6 oysters for $26.
  Mid strength regular beer $8 no thanks.
  Ordering on an app from the table was good.
  The service was good.

  Loved every bite amazing choice of flavours and ingredients unlike any pizza I've ever had, the exotic cheeses used was an added a wow factor.

  Excellent. Good food. Great service. Totally child friendly. Staff were wonderful. If in Nambucca Heads, have dinner there. Lovely atmosphere too. Very chilled out and soothing.
